Return & Exchange Policy
Customers purchasing hair extensions should be aware that there is a strict no refund policy in place. The reason is that hair extensions are considered a personal item, once it has been removed from the original package it cannot be resold. This policy is in line with health and safety regulations as it is impossible to ensure that the product has not been tampered with. Therefore, customers are advised to carefully choose their products and to seek advice if needed before making a purchase.

You may do an even exchange within 3 business days of delivery. Hair must be in the original state and cannot be altered in any way. There is a $20 restocking fee for each option.
